INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS/EXCHANGES – Alexander Kusak LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and accepts returns/exchanges for items within 30 days.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - If order arrived damaged, please contact customer service at alex@alexanderkusak.com for assistance.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS - If a return takes place after 30 days of purchase, the order is ineligible for a refund. However, the customer may exchange the item for another product of current equal value.

REFUNDS – Refunds will be processed once returned merchandise has been received to our warehouse. Alexander Kusak LLC will refund the credit card that the order was purchased on for the amount the product was purchased for. Refunds usually take approximately 5-7 business days to appear back on the credit card. If you have further inquiries as to when the credit will apply to your account, please contact your bank.

SHIPPING CHARGES – Shipping is always free.
